Zinc phosphating
Zinc phosphating is a chemical process that involves the application of a protective coating of insoluble zinc phosphates to the surface of a metal by immersion or spraying objects with phosphating solutions.
For large-sized objects, high-pressure coating application procedures are used. Phosphate coatings do not provide long-term protection. Additional protection by oiling or staining is necessary. Due to their crystal structure, phosphate coatings provide excellent adhesion of paints, and together they give better corrosion resistance.
- Line for zinc phosphating (coating thickness 2-10 μm) of steel in drums and supports
- Works for customers in the automotive industry and other specialty industries
- It has an oil treatment as an additional anti-corrosion protection
